Write to support@famlistry.com and a person reads it. There is no form, no ticket number, and no robot in front of it.
What helps
If something went wrong, three things turn a slow conversation into a quick one:
- the email address on the account, so it can be found;
- what you were doing and what happened instead;
- the reference shown on the error screen, if you saw one. It is the string that finds the exact request in the logs.
Do not send your password. Nobody at Famlistry will ever ask for it, and a message asking for one did not come from here.
What else that address is for
- A question about the privacy page or the terms.
- Asking for a correction to something Famlistry holds about you, or for anything the export does not cover. A copy of what you put in and deleting your account are both self-service in settings and do not need to be asked for.
- Telling somebody about a security problem. Say what you found and how to reproduce it; you will get an answer rather than a lawyer.
Getting off the mailing list
The occasional message about Famlistry is a separate thing from the account and has its own unsubscribe link at the foot of it. Using that link is instant and stops those messages without touching anything else; the messages an account needs - confirming an address, resetting a password - keep working.
